Normal return condition
For a normal change-of-mind return, goods may be required to be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags where applicable. These commercial conditions do not remove mandatory statutory consumer rights.
For EU statutory withdrawal, a consumer may inspect goods to a reasonable extent comparable to an in-store inspection. Any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be addressed as permitted by applicable law.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.
After a valid withdrawal notice, goods should be returned promptly in accordance with applicable law. The policy does not impose a shorter deadline or procedure that would remove a mandatory statutory right.
Where required by applicable EU consumer law, the standard original delivery cost is refunded. If a customer chose a delivery method that cost more than the least expensive standard option offered, the supplementary amount above the standard delivery cost may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Refund timeline and method
Our internal target is to process approved refunds within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed. Banks, card issuers or payment providers may need additional time to display the funds.
This internal target does not extend, reduce or replace a mandatory statutory refund deadline. For EU statutory withdrawal, refunds follow the applicable mandatory deadline. Where permitted by law, a refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever applicable condition is satisfied first.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
Direct exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays both the return shipping and replacement shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
Personalised or made-to-order goods where applicable
If such products are offered in the future, clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law allows. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
